Abstract: No.5 Oil Production Plant of PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company has enhanced its independent innovation capacity and developed key technology with its own characteristics in recent years. It has achieved a number of technological creation results, advanced both inside and outside China, particularly in the areas of cold production of heavy oil, automatic monitoring, ground crude oil dehydration at low temperature, recovery and utilization of scattered natural gas, stabilization and improvement of single-well production. The enterprise has created more than 100 patented inventions, substantially improving its core technological competitiveness. This article focuses on the creation results of No.5 Oil Production Plant achieved in its efforts for independent technological creation as well as the measures taken to enhance management of intellectual property rights, stimulation of technological personnel's initiatives, and acceleration of integration of technological research with production.

摘要： 近年来,中国石油华北油田公司第五采油厂不断增强企业自主创新能力,积极打造具有本企业特色的金牌技术,取得多项达到国际先进水平和国内领先水平的创新成果,特别是在稠油冷采、自动化监控、地面原油低温脱水处理、油田零散天然气回收与利用、稳定并提高单井产量等技术方面形成了100多项发明专利技术,大大提升了企业核心技术竞争力。文章重点介绍了第五采油厂在自主创新活动中形成的具有先进水平的创新成果,以及在加强知识产权管理、调动科技人员和操作员工的积极性与创造性、加快产学研一体化等方面所做的工作和采取的措施。
