Abstract: This paper highlights the technology policies and philosophy of several transnational petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies and oilfield technical services, especially their unique skills to perpetuate boom. For instance, they are close to markets, lay emphasis on scientific deployment, establish effective research management systems applicable for markets, pay great attention to research and development, and adopt rigorous technical protection measures. Their experience could be reference for us to walk up to the world and create top-grade petroleum technology and equipment manufacturing companies.

摘要： 文章着重介绍了几家大的跨国石油技术装备生产制造公司和油田技术服务公司的技术政策和经营理念,特别是他们长盛不衰、不断壮大的一些绝招,比如在发展方向上紧贴市场、注重科学部署,建立适应市场的高效研发管理体系,高度重视研发投入,采取严密的技术保护措施等。他们的经验对于我们立志走向世界,创建一流的石油技术装备制造企业来说,不无参考和借鉴意义。
