摘要: 为提高我国石油海外项目的管理水平、经济和社会效益,应全面推进精细化管理。文章着重分析了中国石油在欠发达国家或地区建立的较大型海外项目的管理现状,并提出了实施精细化管理的相关建议,对于今后海外项目的开展具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

Abstract: It is essential to pursue fine management to enhance themanagement level, economic and social performance of China's overseas petroleum projects. This papermainly analyzes themanagement of larger overseas projects of CNPCin underdeveloped countries and areas, and proposes corresponding suggestions on implementation of finemanagement. It could be good reference to development of overseas projects in the future.
