Abstract: DaqingzijingOilfield, withan annual productioncapacity of 1 million tons,has becomethemain block forJilin OilField toincrease its reservesand production. The surface productivity construction engineering is based on a number of characteristics, such as deep oil reservoir, scattered blocks, progressive development of overlapped oil layers, and rapid development. The oilfield has adopted integrated optimization technology, extended mature technology and made use of applicable technology for creation of process technology. A series of 15 new technologies are put into use, such as the technology to connect wells in parallel for closed gathering and transfer with water injection, the software oil measurement technology and the advanced ultrasonic liquid-level control technology. Four items of new equipment and new materials are used -- the new-type compound polar plate electric dewatering unit, the associated gas natural-cooling oil-removing unit, the high-pressure glass steel tubular, and the high-effective vacuum heater. The general layout, the plane of station and the equipment structure are optimized while the gathering and transfer way, the measurement way and the separating and dewatering process are simplified with the automatic level, the quality of injected water and the results of sewage treatment improved. The new target for transfer stations and gathering stations under fully-closed management is fulfilled at the same time. Based on production and operation of some years, all the technological indexes fully reached the requirements for high-effective development while surface construction also hit a new record high.
