摘要: 石油企业在油气采输、安全管理、工程监察、设备维护等现场管理中,培训、操作、考核主要采用人工记录和纸质传统方式,工作处理时间长,效率低。数字员工信息处理平台采用移动互联网技术、云计算、物联网等新技术,通过移动智能终端,创建员工岗前培训、岗中监控、岗后考核、集体智慧的全过程控制管理新模式,实现培训随身化、工作电子化、考核数据化,提高了生产、办公和学习的效率和智慧化程度。

Abstract: Petroleum enterprises are short of effective technological management method for field management of oil and gas production and transportation, work safety, engineering supervision and equipment maintenance. The traditional method of artificial records is used for training, operation and examination, thus resulting in a long work time and low efficiency. The digital employee-related information processing platform adopts a series of new technologies, such as mobile internet technique, cloud computing and internet of things. A new model of full-process monitoring management is created by means of mobile intelligent terminals to provide training, monitoring and examination on the basis of collective wisdom. As a result, the employees are provided with training at any time, put to work under the e-environment and examined with the help of data, improving the efficiency and intelligent level of production, office work and training courses.
