“产学研”联合攻关破解特高含水老油田提高采收率难题

Joint Research Efforts by Industry, Universities and Research Institutes to Solve EOR Bottlenecks of Old Ultra-high Water-cut Oilfields

摘要: 面对制约高/特高含水老油田开发效率及效益难题,大庆油田设立重大专项项目,探索已开发油藏特高含水期以后进一步提高采收率技术。为了推进研发任务有序衔接和高效集成,构建了研发、试验、应用“三位一体”管理体系;整合优势资源,从团队建设、人才培养、人才激励、文化建设等方面,打造产学研联合攻关团队;创新建立了高端合作、借脑引制、共建共享、企业内多专业协同等攻关模式。通过联合攻关,集成创新了水驱精细挖潜控水提效配套技术,发展完善了二类油层聚合物提质提效配套技术,形成了复合驱降本增效等大幅提高采收率新技术,整体水平达到国际领先,实现大庆油田主体开发技术的接替发展,有力支撑了大庆油田4000×104t稳产及振兴发展战略的实施,13年间累计多产原油4900×104t。创新成果在国内外广泛应用,引领国内同类油田深度高效开发,产学研一体化联合攻关模式实现可复制、可推广。

Abstract: Facing the development bottlenecks of old high and ultra-high water-cut oilfields, Daqing Oilfield launched a special key project focusing on further improvement of EOR technology for the oil reservoirs which were brought under development and in their ultra-high water-cut period. The oilfield established the “three-in-one” management system – an integration of research, experiment and application – to bring about orderly connection and high-efficiency integration of the R&D tasks. It created the research model that was based on high-end cooperation, introduction of systems, collaboration and sharing, and cross-disciplinary coordination within the enterprise. Based on the joint research efforts, Daqing Oilfield integrated and innovated the systematic technologies of waterflooding and water control for higher performance. Meanwhile, it also developed and perfected the systematic technologies to improve the quality and performance of polymer for the oil layers of the Class II. As a result, the new technology was developed to substantially improve EOR on the basis of ASP flooding and cost-effectiveness, enabling Daqing to become an international leader in this area. This technology helped Daqing Oilfield replace its backbone development technology, effectively keep its oil production stable at 4000×104t and implement its development strategy. The additional crude oil production was accumulated to 4900×104t in a duration of 13 years. The innovative results have been extensively used both at home and abroad, making Daqing a domestic leader in bringing the oilfields of the same king under high-efficiency development. The joint research model, which is an integration of industry, universities and research institutes, can be put into duplication and extension.
