油田注聚合物开发管理模式创新

摘要: 经过多年高速高效开发,孤东油田储采失衡加剧,减产形势严峻。孤东采油厂整合管理、技术、信息资 源,全面部署了“资源管理集合化、开发管理集约化、技术管理集成化”为主要内容管理模式探索。通过优化资源配置, 规范注聚合物开发投入矿场应用程序,实现资源集合效应;开展工艺创新,优化聚合物驱注采参数,调整注聚开发对 策,实现注聚区块产量有效接替;创新管理模式,提高注聚开发自主创新能力,激励科研人员创新热情。持续推进“三 化”管理高效运行3 年多,形成了聚合物驱、二元复合驱为主的具孤东油田特色的化学驱配套技术系列,较好地实现 了注聚合物开发的资源接替、产量接替、技术接替,提高了注聚开发在油田稳产中的贡献率,促使老油田走向良性开发, 为实现可持续发展奠定了基础。

Abstract: Gudong Oilfield faces a more seriously imbalanced reserve-production ratio and a stern situation of production decline after decades of high-speed and high-efficiency development. With management integration, technological integration and information resources integration put in place, Gudong Oil Production Plant based its management pattern on integration of resources management, development management and technology management. The synergy of resources is achieved by means of optimizing resource allocation and standardizing the field application procedure for investment in polymer-injection development. The plant is also engaged in innovation of technique process, optimization of parameters for polymer injection and adjustment of the polymer-injection development plans to effectively replace production in the injected blocks. The innovative management pattern improves the plant’s independent innovative capacity for polymerinjecting development and stimulates the enthusiasm of the technological personnel for innovation. The “three integration” management pattern has been efficiently in operation for three years. As a result, a series of chemical-flooding technologies, with the characteristics of Gudong Oilfield, has been developed, such as polymer flooding and two-element compound flooding, to satisfy the demand of polymer-injecting development in the areas of resources, production and technology. This innovative management pattern has also improved the contribution rate of polymer injecting development in the effort to keep the oil production stable, bringing the old oilfield under orderly development and laying the foundation for sustainable development.
