世界氢能产业与技术发展现状及趋势分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 氢作为一种来源广、零污染、零碳排的绿色能源，是推动传统化石能源清洁利用和促进可再生能源规模发展的理想能源载体。美国、欧洲和日本等发达国家和地区十分重视氢能产业与技术创新发展，纷纷出台政策和投入资金，加快氢能产业与技术研发布局，重点推动燃料电池汽车量产和加氢站基础设施建设。世界氢能技术创新十分活跃，氢气绿色制取、高效储运进展显著，氢能产业已进入商业化发展前期。中国氢能技术研发和产业发展布局近年取得积极进展，氢能上中下游产业集群已具雏形。石油公司具有较好的产业基础和资源市场等优势，应谋划产业布局，加快推进氢能发展战略研究和试验示范；通过构建创新联合体、构筑产业联盟，加快氢能科技创新，推进氢能与传统油气业务一体化融合发展，积极培育氢能新兴产业，坚定迈向综合性能源公司。

Abstract: As a green energy with wide sources, zero pollution and zero carbon emission, hydrogen energy is a good energy medium to promote clean utilization of traditional fossil energy and large-scale development of renewable energy. Developed countries such as the United States, Europe and Japan attach great importance to the hydrogen energy industry and related technological innovation. They have formulated the relative policies and invested funds to accelerate hydrogen energy industrial development as well as technological research and development while focusing on mass production of fuel cell vehicles and infrastructure construction of hydrogenation stations. Innovation of hydrogen technology is very active worldwide. There is a remarkable progress in green production and efficient storage of hydrogen. The hydrogen energy industry has entered into the initial development stage of commercialization. With the advantages of industrial foundation and resources market, oil companies should make the plans for industrial layout and accelerate the hydrogen energy development strategic research and demonstration projects. Based on establishment of innovation joint venture and industrial alliances, they can accelerate technological innovation of hydrogen energy and promote integration of hydrogen energy with traditional oil and gas business, thus actively developing the emerging hydrogen energy industry and firmly moving towards integrated energy companies.
