Abstract: Post-evaluation of a technological project is one of the important links in the closed-loop management of the technological project. The results from evaluation can directly reflect the comprehensive level of the completed technological project. Therefore, establishment of a objective and reasonable post-evaluation indexes system for the technological project is of vital importance to improvement of the post-evaluation quality for the technological project. Based on the main nodes of the operational period of the pipelines enterprises’ technological projects, this paper takes the application research projects for examples and constructs the post-evaluation indexes system of the pipeline technological projects on the basis of four areas -- investigation at the preliminary stage and launch of project, execution process, completion of the project, and promotion and application. It adopts AHP to quantify the evaluation indexes at each level, namely matching of the weight. The above-mentioned AHP-based post-evaluation indexes system was used to appraise the completed pipelines application research projects. The appraisal results are in line with the scientific law of normal distribution, confirming the scientific property and reasonableness of this post-evaluation indexes system of the technological projects. It is also confirmed that the post-evaluation indexes system can objectively reflect the comprehensive research level of the technological projects.
