摘要: 深井钻录、测试技术和配套装备(二期)研发项目主要针对深井钻井关键技术瓶颈问题进行研究。经过 “十二五”科研攻关,形成了精细控压钻井装备与技术、山前复杂地层超深井钻井关键技术、以气体钻井为代表的高 效破岩技术、复杂地质条件下深井钻井液技术、深井高温高压固井技术、新型录井装备及智能采集系统、深井酸性气 层测试及数据传输系统、旋转导向钻井系统、钻井工程设计和分析软件9 项重大成果,解决了我国深井钻完井作业方 面存在的部分技术瓶颈问题,使我国7000m 钻井技术基本成熟、8000m 钻井技术获得突破,大幅度提升了深井钻完井 技术水平。

Abstract: The research and development project of deep-well drilling, logging and testing technology and equipment (the second phase) is focused on the bottlenecks of key deep-well drilling technology. Based on the research efforts during the 12th Five-year Plan Period, nine important results have been achieved in this area, such as fine controlled pressure drilling equipment and technology, key technology for foothill complicated stratigraphical ultra-deep well drilling, high-efficiency rock-breaking technology represented by gas drilling, deep-well drilling fluid technology used under complicated geological conditions, rotary steering drilling system, and drilling engineering design and analysis software. These results solve part of the technological bottlenecks in the areas of China’s deep-well drilling and completion services, making China’s 7000-meter drilling technology basically mature and bringing about a breakthrough in 8000-meter drilling technology. They have significantly improved China’s deep-well drilling and completion technology.
