Abstract: Management of technological research project is a full-process management of the research activities staged in the form of a technological research project. Knowledge management is not only an important step in the life period management of technological research project but also an effective method to make the resources of technological research projects value-added. It is of great significance to improvement of the enterprise’s comprehensive competitiveness. This platform focuses on some issues existing in knowledge management of the technological research project, such as low efficiency in knowledge acquirement and knowledge sharing. The cloud computing technology is used to establish the process file databank of the research project to effectively interlink the basic information of the project, personnel information and the process files. Then the comprehensive information of the project is further tapped in terms of knowledge to form the interactive knowledge grid. Based on those efforts, the scheme to construct the management platform for technological research project on the basis of cloud computing is put forward to bring about high efficiency in knowledge acquirement and knowledge sharing in the process of the research project. Application results show that this platform scheme is feasible and remarkably improves informatization of research project management.
