摘要: 测井协同工作平台是我国第一个自主研发的测井物联网系统,通过宽带卫星、无线数字专网、3G和4G等通信网络,将位于不同地理位置上的油气井、测井装备、处理平台、业务人员和油田应用系统等“融合”起来,实现测井全过程信息的自动采集、在线处理和远程控制,使井场测井装备、基地解释系统、远程技术专家能够协同工作,以帮助生产管理者进行生产指挥和实时决策,从而快速准确地发现和识别油气层。由井场采集与传输子系统、基地数据处理与分析中心、综合应用平台三部分组成,系统设计传输能力为年均5万井次,可同时满足200井次并发实时传输,兼容国产主流和国外高端测井装备,满足常规测井、特殊成像测井的各类测井作业系列。已在国内多个油田进行推广应用,起到了优化测井业务流程、提高资料解释准确率和测井效率、降低勘探开发风险的作用。

Abstract: NetLog is China’s first independently-developed logging IOT system, which connects oil and gas wells, logging equipment, processing platforms, professionals and oilfield application systems of different geographic locations by means of wideband satellite, wireless digital dedicated network, and 3G and 4G communications network. It can provide automatic data acquisition in the full logging process and online processing and remote control to coordinate the work of onsite logging equipment, base interpretation systems and remote technological experts, helping production managers make decisions in time and find and identify oil and gas intervals rapidly and accurately. The system is composed of three parts - site acquisition and transmission subsystem, base data processing and analysis center, and integrated application platform. The system is designed to have a transmission capacity of 50,000 well/times per year on average. It can satisfy the demand of 200 wells at the same time with real-time transmission. It can be connected to the domestic and foreign high-end logging equipment to complete conventional logging and special imaging logging services as well as other variety of logging services. Widely used in many domestic oil fields, the system optimizes logging service process, improves accuracy of data interpretation and logging efficiency and lowers the risks for exploration and development.
