摘要: 以数字技术为基础的云计算、大数据、人工智能、物联网、区块链及3D 打印等新兴技术, 正推动各行业逐步向数字化、智能化转型。石油工程行业数字技术应用虽起步较早,但数字化发展还不够 成熟。介绍了国际石油公司和油服公司数字技术应用现状和数字化发展策略,数字技术正促使石油工程的 作业方式与管理模式发生变革,为行业发展带来了机遇。其中,数字采集传输技术推动运营能力提升,数 字集成分析技术提高工程决策质量,数字控制技术提升施工自动化程度,3D 打印与虚拟实验技术加快产 品研发速度。数字技术的发展为石油工程带来新的业务内涵,在给行业发展注入新活力、新动能的同时, 也给经营管理带来新的挑战。石油工程企业数字化发展有增量模式、内部突击模式和整体规划等模式可供 选择,建议中国企业注重顶层设计,数字规划与业务规划紧密结合,围绕全价值链进行数字化布局,强化 变革管理,最大限度获取数字技术的价值,打造数字化时代运营优势。

Abstract: Emerging technologies, such as digitally-based cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, block chain and 3D printing, are helping various industries develop towards digitalization and intelligence. Petroleum engineering industrial digital development is still immature though application of digital technology started early in this area. This paper introduces the current digital technological application and digital development strategies of international oil companies and oilfield service companies. Digital technology leads to profound changes in operational pattern and management model of petroleum engineering, providing the industry with development opportunities. Of those opportunities, digital acquisition and transmission technology improves the operational ability and digital integration and analysis technology makes engineering decision-making quality higher. Digital control technology improves automation of construction while 3D printing and virtual experiment technology accelerate product research and development. Development of digital technology opens up new business areas for petroleum engineering. While fueling the industrial development with new vigor and new energy, digital technology also brings new challenges for business managers. There is a series of model options for petroleum engineering enterprises, such as incremental model, internal concentration model and overall planning model. It is proposed that Chinese enterprises should attach importance to top-level design and close combination of digital plans with business plans, base digital distribution on the whole value chain, enhance management of transformation, maximize the values acquired from digital technology, and create the operational advantages of digital era.
