摘要: 信息化是企业实现由传统管理向科学管理转变的重要手段。中国石油华北油田公司针对信息化工作存在 的各自为政、缺乏统一、各应用系统孤立运行、部分业务界面不清、应用效率不高等问题,对业务流程进行了系统梳 理与优化管理,建立了全流程管理体系,搭建一体化管理信息平台,实现由过去部门职能管理、线下风险控制向标准 化流程管理、系统风险控制管理方式的转变,推动了信息化与战略决策、经营管理、生产运行、风险防控的深度融合, 为公司有质量、有效益、可持续发展提供了新的管理手段。

Abstract: Informatization is an important method for the enterprise to bring about transition to technological management from traditional management. PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company faces a series of problems in the area of informatization, such as lack of unified standards, isolated operation of the application systems, ambiguity of some business interfaces, and low application efficiency. The company classified the systems and optimized management for business processe, established the full-process management system, and set up the information platform for integrated management, bringing about conversion of management pattern from functional management of departments and offline risk control to standardized process management and control over systematic risks. As a result, combination of informatization with strategic decision making, business management, production operation and risk control, providing the company with a new management method for its sustainable development on a high-quality and profit-making basis.
