摘要： 文章依据认识的本源——思维,论述了科技创新所必须的客观环境——自由、民主、平等,并认为"科学思维的能力和水平是衡量科学研究者能力和素质的重要标志",良好的学术氛围在科技创新思维中扮演着十分重要的角色,是产生创新思维的助推剂。并指出石油行业的特点是多学科、多专业的集成创新,需要团队工作、集体攻关,宽容就显得尤其重要。

Abstract: This paper, based on the origin of recognition——thinking, discussed the necessary objective environment for technological innovation——freedom, democracy, and equality, and regarded that "the ability and level of scientific thinking is an important symbol of measuring the ability and qualities of scientific researchers". Good academic atmosphere plays an important role in and boosts science & technology innovative thinking. It was also pointed out that the petroleum industry featuring in integrative innovation of multiple disciplines and multiple specialties required for team work and collective research, so tolerance seemed to be especially important.
