摘要： 渤海油田开发多年来,科技进步一直是钻完井技术发展的原动力,通过引进、吸收国内外先进的钻完井工艺和技术,不断突破、创新,形成了中国海上独特的钻完井技术体系,极大推动了渤海油田的发展。文章总结了渤海油田近期钻完井方面主要科技成果,阐述了科技进步对钻完井技术创新的作用,针对目前钻完井技术方面遇到的技术瓶颈,提出了下步科技发展方向,并就如何保障钻完井技术进步提出了一些科技管理建议。

Abstract: Scientific and technological progress has always been impulsion of development of drilling & completion in exploitation of Bohai Oilfield for the past years. The unique drilling & completion technology system of China offshore has been formed after introducing and absorbing advanced technologies both home and abroad, and the development of Bohai Oilfield has been hastened a lot. In this paper, main scientific and technological achievements in drilling & completion of Bohai Oilfield in near future are summarized, and the effect of scientific and technological progress on technological innovation of drilling & completion is elaborated. The trend of science and technology is put forward in accordance with the bottleneck of drilling & completion technology, and some management suggestions are given to ensure the improvement of drilling & completion technology.
