全球深水油气勘探开发现状与前景展望

摘要： 深水油气资源丰富，是近年全球油气勘探热点及增储上产的主力来源。快速发展的海洋科技与工程装备极大提高了深水油气勘探开发能力，政策支持和引导加快了深水油气资源勘探开发进程。我国南海深水区油气勘探开发程度低，资源潜力巨大，是未来寻找大油气田的有利目标区，目前在南海北部已累计发现14 个大中型深水油气田。针对我国深水油气勘探开发中存在的资源、技术和成本等问题，提出了加强公益性海洋油气地质调查与评价，研发成套深水勘探开发工程技术装备，加强国际油气资源合作，以自主开发促进合作、共同开发等建议。

Abstract: Rich in oil and gas resources, the deepwater area has been the hot spot for global oil and gas exploration and the main source for increase of reserves and production in recent years. The rapidly-developed offshore technology and engineering equipment have dramatically improved the capacity for deepwater oil and gas exploration and development. The preferential policies have also accelerated the deepwater oil and gas exploration and development process. The deepwater area of the South China Sea is low in the oil and gas exploration and development degree but has a great potential for oil and gas resources. It is the favourable target zone in search of large oil and gas fields in the future. Currently, a total of 14 large and medium-size deepwater oil and gas fields have been cumulatively discovered in the northern part of the South China Sea. This article is focused on the problems of resources, technology and cost existing in China’s deepwater oil and gas exploration and development. It comes up with a series of suggestions, such as enhancing offshore oil and gas geological investigation and evaluation for public interests, developing systematic deepwater exploration and development engineering technology and equipment, stepping up international cooperation in the field of oil and gas resources, and promoting cooperation and common development on the basis of independent development.
