Abstract: Petroleum companies are supposed to adopt well shut-in and production-restricting measures for the lowefficiency and high cost blocks under the new situation that international oil prices fluctuate at a low level. The decision criteria for well shut-in and restricted production are put forward to meet the urgent demand for rapid and scientific selection of the targets for well shut-in and restricted production. This paper introduces critical oil price and its calculation formula. It also points out that the decision criteria can be used to optimize production of a block, an oil field and even an oil company as well as adjust production on the basis of the different development methods. They are also of great significance to oil companies in their efforts to formulate the next-year production plans.

摘要： 在国际原油价格低位徘徊的新常态形势下，石油公司需对低效无效的高成本区块实施关井限产，以有效控 制成本，实现效益生产。针对如何快速科学地选择关井限产目标这一迫切需求，研究提出了关井限产决策指标。介绍了 临界油价及其计算公式，指出决策指标可用来指导整个石油公司、油区和具体区块进行产量结构优化，以及不同开发方 式的产量调整，对整个公司或油区的下年度计划也有实用价值。
