Abstract: Russia is a big oil and gas producer in the world. In 2011, oil production reached 511.4 million tons, and gas production was 687.54 billion cubic meters. In recent years, the number of oil wells has decreased from 2006's 162000 to 2010's 154500, because they stopped production caused by low efficiency or flooding. Extracting method was mainly adopted for oil recovery in the country in the past 10 years, and development depth grew increasingly in production pay. Owing to the application of advanced EOR technology, average single-well production was kept at 10t/d. The number of gas wells rose by about 35% in the past decade, from 1995's 6300 to 2010's 8500. Production of large gas fields has gone down; average daily single-well production has fluctuated a lot, dropping from 1995's 349000 cubic meters to 2010's 230000 cubic meters; producing gas reserves have began depleting.

摘要： 俄罗斯作为世界油气生产大国,2011年石油产量达5.114×10⁸t,天然气产量达6875.4×10⁸m³。近几年油井数量有所减少,从2006年的16.2万口降到2010年的15.45万口,主要是因低效或水淹而停产。在过去10年中,俄罗斯大部分石油采用抽油法开采,油井产层开发深度不断加深,由于采用先进的提高石油采收率技术,平均单井日产量基本稳定在10t。俄罗斯近十几年来采气井数量增加了约35%,从1995年6300口增加到2010年8500口。大型气田已进入产量下滑阶段,单井平均日产量波动较大,从1995年的34.9×10⁴m³下降到2010年的23×10⁴m³,动用的天然气储量开始出现衰竭现象。
