Abstract: Enterprise is the main body for technological creation. How to effectively manage intellectual property right resulting from technological creation is related to sustainable development of an enterprise. Engineering Technology Research Institute of PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company is a research institute of technological development for the oilfield. The intellectual property of its technological results (process, tools, equipment, product and service) can be easily imitated and value-added. The institute has adopted a series of effective measures to protect intellectual property rights of technological results, such as establishing a three-level management system, implementing and formulating policies to step up management and stimulate technological creation, attaching importance to analysis of patent information, promoting technological cooperation, and improving technological level. With the enthusiasm of technological personnel for technological creation triggered, more core technologies and patents have been acquired to significantly enhance the company’s market competitiveness.

摘要： 企业是技术创新的主体,技术创新所产生的知识产权如何科学、有效管理是关系企业可持续发展的重要课题。中国石油新疆油田公司工程技术研究院作为油田的技术开发性科研单位,其技术成果(工艺、工具、设备、产品及其服务)的产权属性可模仿性和可增值性很强。为了加强科技成果的知识产权保护,建立了三级管理体系,通过实施制定政策、强化管理、激励创新,重视、分析专利信息,开展技术合作、提高技术水平等一系列有效措施,调动了科技人员开展技术创新的积极性,核心技术、获奖专利不断增多,市场竞争能力大幅提升。
