Abstract: Huabei Oilfield is the first one that develops CBM industry as an emerging industry in China, and the industry has been developed and constructed on a great scale. This paper introduces the exploration and development of CBM resources of Huabei Oilfield Company in Qinshui Basin, Shanxi Province where high-rank coal was developed. During the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, the Company has actively explored the coal-forming environment, gas storage mechanism, and gas happening law of high-rank coal, organized research on tackling technical problems in CBM drilling, fracturing, extraction, gathering and processing, and carried out field test on horizontal well development techniques and construction of demonstration projects, based on the principle of "innovating geological cognition, breaking through technical bottlenecks, increasing per-well production, and developing systematic techniques". Through five years' practice and exploration, the Company has had more than 100 billion cubic meters of proven geological reserves cumulatively, drilled more than 1000 wells, and constructed six gas gathering stations and one central processing unit with one billion cubic meters of annual process load. Annual CBM production of the Company has reached 800 million cubic meters. The Company has constructed PetroChina's first digital and commercial demonstration area for CBM development, pioneering work in commercial production. It is now the leader of PetroChina's CBM business development.

摘要： 煤层气作为一个"兴利除弊"的新兴能源产业来发展并建设成一定的规模,在我国,华北油田是第一家。文章较详细地介绍了中国石油华北油田公司在山西高阶煤发育的沁水盆地进行煤层气资源勘探开发建设的情况。据介绍,"十一五"期间,华北油田公司按照"创新地质认识、攻克瓶颈技术、提高单井产量、形成配套技术"的原则,积极探索高阶煤的成煤环境、储气机理、产气规律,并积极组织煤层气钻井、压裂、排采、集输处理等技术难题的攻关研究,开展水平井开发技术现场试验和示范工程建设。经过近五年的大胆实践和探索,已累计探明地质储量1000多亿立方米、完钻1000多口井、建成6座集气站和年处理量10×10⁸m³的中央处理厂,形成年产8×10⁸m³的煤层气生产能力,建成了中国石油第一个数字化、规模化煤层气开发示范区,开创了规模化生产的先河。短短几年时间走过了别人十几年走过的道路,成为中国石油煤层气业务发展的领跑者。
