Olefin-reducing Catalyst for Catalytic Cracking Gasoline (LBO Series)

降低催化裂化汽油烯烃催化剂(LBO系列)

Abstract: The series of olefin reduction catalyst includes three products - olefin reduction catalyst of LBO-12 type without loss of octane number of gasoline (RON), olefin reduction catalyst of LBO-16 type with a higher yield of gasoline and diesel oil, and olefin reduction catalyst of LBO-A with increased RON. They can be used alone or in combination. The series of products have solved the problems existing in the domestic and foreign catalysts, such as limited reduction of olefin, significantly decreased RON and low yield of the target product. Based on the application results from different units, the catalysts of LBO series can effectively reduce olefin content of gasoline by 10-20 percent and lower olefin content of FCC gasoline to less than 35 percent. While RON and total fluid yield is kept, the diesel and light oil yield is remarkably increased, improving the economic performance of catalytic cracking units. Since China’s refinery process is still under perfection, the current effective method for control olefin content of gasoline is adoption of olefin reduction catalyst. In addition, the oil refining industry in some African countries is under rapid development, requiring olefin reduction catalyst for their refinery units. This series of products has a strong market demand both at home and abroad.

摘要: 系列降烯烃催化剂包括深度降烯烃保辛烷值的LBO-12、深度降烯烃提高汽柴油收率的LBO-16及深度降烯烃提高辛烷值的LBO-A 3个产品,可单独或复配使用,解决了国内外同类产品普遍存在的烯烃降低幅度有限、汽油辛烷值下降明显、目的产品收率降低等问题。综合不同装置的应用结果,LBO系列催化剂可有效降低汽油烯烃含量10~20个百分点,使催化汽油的烯烃含量降到35%以下,在保持汽油辛烷值和总液收的前提下,柴油和轻油收率明显增加,整体上改善了催化裂化装置的综合经济效益。我国炼油工艺尚处于完善阶段,对汽油中烯烃含量的控制,目前经济有效的方法是采用降烯烃裂化催化剂,此外非洲一些国家正大力发展炼油工业,炼厂催化装置也需要降烯烃,该系列产品将具有广泛的国内外市场需求。
