高辛烷值系列催化裂化催化剂(LDR系列)

Abstract: The catalysts of LDR series adopt a unique composite modification method for Y-shaped and ZSM-5 zeolites. A new-type matrix and catalyst preparation process technology is used to improve the pore structure, acidity and stability of catalyst. This product can effectively solve the contradiction among maximization of propylene, reduction of olefin in gasoline and cracking of heavy oil. This catalyst is characterized for its strong heavy oil cracking ability, high yield of propylene, high gasoline octane number and low olefin content in gasoline. The catalysts of LDR series are applicable for normal FCC units and MIP-CGP FCC units with VGO and mixing feed of residual oil or CGO as feed oil for cleaner gasoline production to improve gasoline octane number and propylene yield.

摘要: LDR系列催化剂采用了一种独特的Y型分子筛和ZSM-5分子筛复合改性技术,应用新型基质和催化剂制备工艺技术,改善了催化剂的孔道结构、酸性和稳定性。该产品有效平衡了增产丙烯、降低汽油烯烃含量和重油裂解之间的矛盾,具有重油裂解能力强、丙烯产率高、汽油辛烷值高和汽油烯烃含量低的性能特点。适用于加工掺炼渣油和焦化蜡油的催化原料,要求提高汽油辛烷值和丙烯产率的常规催化裂化装置及采用MIP-CGP工艺生产清洁汽油的催化裂化装置。
