渣油催化裂化催化剂(LDC系列)

Abstract: The catalysts of LDC series use new-type Y-shaped molecular sieve and high octane number shape-selective molecular sieve as active components and are combined with the semi-synthetic catalytic cracking catalyst prepared by means of the heavy metal pollution resistant technology. This product can increase olefin content in FCC gasoline so as to provide high-quality raw materials for subsequent gasoline hydro-desulfurization and light gasoline etherification unit. The catalyst has good heavy oil cracking performance and the flexibility to adjust the variable yield of LPC, improving catalytic gasoline octane number. It also has an appropriate density, good abrasive resistance and good fluidizing performance. The series is characterized for its strong heavy oil conversion ability, low coke yield, high yield of light oil, heavy metal pollution resistant property and higher gasoline octane number. The catalysts are suitable for conventional catalytic and heavy oil catalytic cracking units.

摘要: LDC系列催化剂是以新型Y型分子筛和高辛烷值择形分子筛为活性组分,结合催化剂抗重金属污染技术制备的半合成催化裂化催化剂。该产品可增加催化汽油中烯烃含量,为后续汽油加氢脱硫和轻汽油醚化装置提供优质原料。催化剂均有良好的重油裂解性能,可灵活调变液化气产率,提高催化汽油辛烷值,密度适中,抗磨性和流化性能好,具有重油转化能力强、焦炭产率低、轻质油收率高、抗重金属污染和提高汽油辛烷值等特点。适用于常规的蜡油催化及掺炼渣油的重油催化裂化装置。。
