Water-soluble Plastic Temporarily Plugging Agent

Abstract: Leakage of workover fluid often takes place in workover service in China’s eastern oil fields under water-injected development, such as Dagang Oilfield. The temporarily-plugging technology to prevent leakage of workover fluid is far from satisfaction. Therefore, a new-type water-soluble plastic temporarily plugging agent is development for settlement of this problem. This high plastic material is hydrogel that can be degraded in water after 24 to 48 hours. It can rapidly plug the producing zone for the time being. This agent is tested for anti-shearing strength, plugging rate, solubility, degradability and blockage removing property. It is rapidly degradable and soluble in water with little residues and low viscosity. The output can be rapidly restored after workover service. The temperature range of application is between 40°C and 110°C. The agent is also entirely degradable in the environment and free from toxicity, exerting little influence on the environment. It is tested for 144 wells in Dagang Oilfield and achieves good results.

摘要: 我国大港油田等东部注水开发油田目前普遍存在修井作业中修井液漏失,修井液防漏暂堵技术效果不理想,为此研制了一种新型可水解高弹性修井液暂堵剂。这种高弹性材料是可在水中24~48h内降解的水凝胶,可以迅速暂堵漏失地层。通过抗剪切强度、堵塞率、溶解性、降解性、解堵性等测试,该产品具有在水中迅速降解并溶解、降解溶解后残渣少、体系黏度低、修井作业后产量恢复快的特点,适应的温度范围是40~110℃。在环境中可完全降低,属于无毒物质,对环境影响极小。在大港油田进行了144口井现场试验,试验效果良好。
