Abstract: This paper introduces the S&T progress made by PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company in 2009. In particular, a number of achievements with strong innovativity, good practicality, and distinguished results made in the three steps of R&D store beforehand, key technological breakthroughs and application, and their important role in exploration and development of oil and gas resources are illustrated. It also summarizes some innovative initiatives of S&T management. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the guiding ideology for S&T work this year and how to fulfill the 11th Five-Year S&T Plan.

摘要： 文章介绍了中国石油新疆油田公司2009年的科技进展,特别是在超前研发储备、突破关键技术、推广适用技术三个层次上取得的一批创新性强、实用性好、效益显著的创新成果以及在油气资源勘探开发所起的重要作用;对科技管理工作的一些创新性举措也进行了概括。与此同时,对今年科技工作的指导思想以及如何使"十一五"科技规划画上圆满的句号做了阐述。
