Liaohe Innovates S&T Management Mode and Achieves Fruitful Results Powered by Main Business

Abstract

Abstract: Adhering to the "main business driven" and "efficiency technology" idea as a guide, in accordance with the "integration organization and physical design" principle, PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Company has innovated the S&T management mode and achieved fruitful results in 2009. This paper briefly introduces some main S&T achievements made in the oilfield in 2009, new ideas and new practices in S&T management. Based on this, S&T deployment in the near future is put forward as well.

摘要： 2009年中国石油辽河油田公司坚持"主营业务驱动"和"效益科技"理念为指导,按照"一体化组织和有形化设计"的原则,创新科技管理模式,科技攻关硕果累累。本文简要介绍了辽河油田2009年取得的主要科技成果、科技管理的新理念和新做法,在此基础上提出了今后一段时期的科技部署。
