苏里格气田苏东南区思路、科技、管理三位一体化高效开发创新与实践

摘要： 近年来，苏里格气田苏东南区坚持解放思想，转变开发方式，拓宽水平井部署思路；以科学 技术为利器，加大水平井开发力度，形成水平井“集群化布井、差异化设计、流程化导向”产能建设模式， 钻井工厂化、装置橇装化，革新改造工艺，单口水平井前三年产气量为（4.5 ～ 5.0）×104m3/d，达到直 井的4.7 倍，累计产气量为直井的4 倍，与原有开发模式相比，累计节约土地近13.3km2，节约钻试周期 8686d，实现提质增效、少井高产；注重精细化管理，建立随钻导向流程，充分利用数字化油气藏研究平 台与决策支持系统，提高钻遇效果，砂体平均钻遇率提高至78%，气层平均钻遇率提高至62%；强化施工 监督，确保质量合格；推广清洁化工艺，促进气田绿色环保开发。通过思路、科技、管理的三位一体化创 新，集成致密砂岩气藏关键技术，内部收益率接近20%，实现了苏东南区整体、规模、效益开发。

Abstract: The development method has been transformed, with a more liberalized mindset for deployment of horizontal wells, in the Sudongnan block of Sulige Gas Field in recent years. More efforts are focused on horizontal well development on the basis of technology. The horizontal well productivity is constructed in the pattern of “deployment in clusters, differential design and process-oriented practice”, with drilling industrialization, device skidding, and process improved in innovation. The gas production of a single horizontal well is (4.5-5.0) ×104m3/d in the previous three years, 4.7 times as high as the production of a single straight well. The accumulated gas production of the horizontal well is four times as high as that of a straight well.As compared to the previous development pattern, the land area of 13.3 km2 is cumulatively saved while the drilling period is shortened for 8686 days, making drilling service high-quality and cost-effective and using less wells for a high yield. The efforts are focused on fine management and establishment of the steering-while-drilling process. The digitalized oil and gas reservoir research platform and decision-making support system are fully used to improve probability of penetration. The average probability of penetrating sand body is raised to 78 percent while the average probability of penetrating gas horizons is boosted to 62 percent. Supervision is strengthened to assure the quality of project with the efforts to promote green development of gas fields on the basis of clean process. Based on innovation of integration of mindset, technology and management as well as integration of the key technologies for compact sandstone gas reservoir, the internal earnings rate approaches 20 percent, bringing about a large-scale and cost-effective development of the Sudongnan block.
