优化新井投资决策论证 提高油田精细管理水平

Optimize Appraisal on Investment for New Wells and Improve Oilfield Management Level

摘要: 油田开发过程是一个不断调整挖潜的过程,这个过程伴随着资金的大量投入。投资是否经济有效,能否在预期内回收,是每个油藏和经济工作者关心的问题,更是开发决策者关心的问题。为提高资金使用效率,加强开发投资的精细化管理,中国石化中原油田分公司在原经济评价的基础上开展了单井经济优化决策研究。通过对国内外有关油田新井经济评价方法比较筛选,提出了一套适合中原油田新井单井效益评价及单井经济界限评价方法,自主研发了单井经济评价软件,为新井投资决策提供了量化依据。通过应用软件,先后对油田284口新井实施方案进行了经济可行性论证,排除了10口低效井,对39口低效井进行了方案优化设计,降低了投入规模,累计为油田避免低效开发投入9519万元。

Abstract: Oilfield development process is a continuous potential-tapping process accompanied with a large amount of investment. Whether investment is economically effective and recovered in the expected period is an issue concerned by reservoir and economic workers and by development decision-makers in particular. To improve fund application rate and strengthen management of development investment, SINOPEC Zhongyuan Oilfield Company made the study of single-well economic optimization on the basis of its original economic assessment. Based on comparison and selection of new well economic assessment methods of oil fields both at home and abroad, the company came up with a set of methods for economic performance assessment of new well and single well and economic boundary assessment. It also independently developed single-well economic assessment software, providing the quantitative data for making decisions on investment for new wells. Based on software application, the plans for 284 new wells of this oilfield were brought under appraisal on their economic feasibility. Atotal of 10 low-efficiency wells were excluded while other 39 low-efficiency wells were optimized for thier design plans, reducing the investment scale.Theamount offund saved from investment for low-efficiencydevelopmentwas accumulatedto 95.19million yuan.
