摘要: 从海洋油气勘探开发产业链、海洋油气装备产品结构和研发周期3 个技术视角提出海洋油气装备产业技 术创新主体和协同创新系统的分类,协同创新系统的复杂适应系统具有聚集性、非线性、流、多样性等特征。介绍了 技术创新行为主体的刺激—反应过程,基于回声模型提出技术协同创新系统的自适应机制由相互作用的进化机制、协 同机制、学习机制构成,阐述了各机制含义和彼此的相互关系,分析了协同创新系统自适应机制的效应。

Abstract: Focusing on three areas of offshore oil and gas exploration and development industrial chain, product structure of offshore oil and gas equipment and research period, this article puts forward classification of offshore oil and gas equipment industrial technological innovation and synergetic innovation system. The complex adaption system of synergetic innovation system has a multiple of characteristics, such as aggregation, non-linearity, flows and diversity. This article briefs about the stimulation-reaction process on the framework of technological innovation. Based on the echo-based model, it comes up with that the self-adapting mechanism of technological synergetic innovation system is composed of evolution mechanism, synergy mechanism, and learning mechanism. It also defines each of these mechanisms and their corrections and analyzes the effects of the self-adapting mechanism of the synergetic innovation system.
