摘要： 文章简要介绍了中国石油华北油田公司"十一五"以来在科技管理方面的创新做法,如,科技资源整合、激励机制的进一步完善、研究团队建设、科技资金和项目管理等,以及科技工作取得的成就;探索了制约华北油田主营业务发展的关键技术问题,提出了今后搞好科技工作的一些设想和建议。

Abstract: This paper briefs on some practices and achievements on science and technology resource adjustment, prompting measure, group construction and innovation management since the "11th Five-Years Plan" of PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company. It also explores some key problems and technical challenges which restrict primary business development of Huabei Oilfield and puts forward science and technology management suggestions.
