摘要: 本文从管理控制力的基本内涵出发,系统梳理了企业集团的三种管控模式,并结合中国石油企业的实际情况,从完善管控体制、强化战略管控和规范人财物管控三个方面提出了提升石油企业管理控制力的主要措施。

Abstract: From the basic connotation of management control, this paper summarizes the three modes of management control of enterprise groups. Furthermore, combined with the actual situation of Chinese petroleum enterprises, it proposes major approaches to enhance the management control power of petroleum companies from the three aspects of upgrading the management control system, strengthening strategic management control, specifying the resource management control.
