摘要: 业文化是石油企业发展的灵魂,文化管理力是实现可持续发展的重要动力。本文从文化管理力的基本内涵出发,分析了企业文化管理的现状和发展趋势,并从完善体系、丰富内涵、规范制度、强化执行等四个方面提出了提升石油企业文化管理力的主要措施。

Abstract: Culture is the soul of petroleum companies, and cultural management power is an important driving force for sustainable development. Starting from the basic connotation of cultural management power, this paper analyzes the current state and development tendency of corporate cultural management, and puts forward main measures for enhancing the cultural management power of petroleum companies by improving the system, enriching the connotation, standardizing the system, and intensifying execution.
