Abstract: Execution is essential to corporate success. Team execution mainly consists of four keys including attitude, methods, processes and innovation. To enhance the team execution power, petroleum companies should unify thinking, master different levels, lay emphasis on team work, and spare no efforts to create the culture of team execution.
