摘要: 战略是石油企业发展的方向与航标。石油企业在明确战略目标和战略重点后,关键在于如何有效组织实施。石油企业必须从完善战略管理体系、加大战略管控力度和适时调整发展战略三个方面保持和提升战略制胜力。

Abstract: Strategy is the direction and navigation mark for oil companies. After having clear strategic objectives and strategic priorities, the key of oil companies lies in how to efficiently organize and implement them. Oil companies need to maintain and enhance strategy power by improving strategic management systems, strengthening strategic management and control, and timely adjusting their development strategies.

Key words: oil company, strategic victory
