国内外油气管道检测监测技术发展现状

Abstract: With the fast development of pipeline integrity management technology and the requirement of safe operation of oil and gas pipelines, pipeline inspection and monitoring technology has been paid great attention, and growing vigorously. This paper entirely states the status of oil and gas pipeline inspection and monitoring development both at home and abroad, and points out the development orientation in the future, including the magnetic flux leakage technology, the ultrasonic testing technology, the pipeline monitoring fiber optic sensing technology, the phased array ultrasonic debond testing technology, the digital radiographic testing technology, and the ultrasonic guided wave detection technology.

摘要: 随着管道完整性管理技术水平的迅速发展和油气管道安全运行的实际需要,管道施工质量的检测与在役管道的安全监测技术已受到业界的特别重视,各种管道检测监测技术也随之蓬勃发展起来。文章就当前国内外油气管道检测与监测技术发展状况进行了系统介绍,并指出了未来的发展方向,具体包括管道内检测技术的漏磁检测技术、超声检测技术,管道监测光纤传感技术,管道焊接无损探伤技术的相控阵超声检测技术、数字射线检测技术、超声导波检测技术等。
