Abstract: To localize quick-opening closure for construction of large-diameter high-pressure oil and gas pipeline, China Petroleum Pipeline Machinery Manufacture Co Ltd adopted the limited element analysis design method and independently developed the MB-ZS safety self-locking quick-opening closure. This product adopts a self-locking loop structure and two-phase self-tightening sealing structure with joint locks and dual warning functions. With operational high efficiency and convenience, this product, for the first time allows a large-size stand quick-opening closure to be opened automatically. This technology has become a domestic leader and reached the international advanced level. This series of products has been used in a number of oil and gas pipeline projects in China and broken the foreign monopoly in this sector.

摘要： 为实现大口径高压油气管道建设用快开盲板国产化,中油管道机械制造有限责任公司采用有限元分析设计方法,自主研发了MB-ZS安全自锁型快开盲板。该产品为自锁环式结构和双相整体自紧密封结构,具有多重联锁与双重报警功能,操作高效、便捷,在国际上首次实现了大型立式快开盲板的自动化开启,总体技术达到国内领先、国际先进水平,局部达到国际领先水平。该系列产品已应用于国内外多个油气管道工程,成功打破了国外对该领域的垄断。
