Abstract: This paper expounds the application, working principle, structure, on-site test and application of CYW-1422 vertical hydraulic pipe cold bender. The bender adopts new modular design, applies digital control during bending process, and features in self-loading/unloading structure, rational whole structure, advanced and practical techniques, stable and reliable function, flexible and convenient operation, high efficiency in loading and unloading as well as transportation. It could be used in field operation under various complicated construction conditions. Its hydraulic system and main bearing structure could meet the design requirements under limit load conditions and have long service life, and satisfy cold bending operation of X80 steel tube with the a diameter ranging from φ1168mm to φ1422mm.

摘要： 文章阐述了CYW-1422型垂直液压冷弯管机的用途、工作原理、结构及现场试验、应用的情况。该设备的结构采用全新的模块式设计,弯管过程应用数字化控制,具有自装卸装置,整机结构合理、技术先进实用、工作平稳可靠、操作灵活方便、便于装卸运输,适用于各种复杂施工条件下的野外作业,在极限负荷工况下液压系统和主要承载构件达到设计要求,使用寿命长,满足X80钢级、直径为φ1168mm~φ1422mm钢管的冷弯作业。
