Abstract: Knowledge management is the basis for knowledge sharing. This paper illustrates knowledge management with the concept and purpose of knowledge management, and the comparison between construction projects and research projects. It puts forward the core of knowledge management, i.e. creating a learning organization (enterprise) and achieving continuous development powered by knowledge innovation. Furthermore, it proposes that an organization (enterprise) bring knowledge creation, accumulation, application, appreciation, and protection into knowledge management.

摘要： 知识管理是知识共享的基础。文章从知识管理的概念、目的及建设项目的知识管理与科研项目的知识管理的对比等方面阐述知识管理有关学问。提出创立学习型组织(企业)使组织(企业)在知识的不断创新中得到发展是知识管理的核心;组织(企业)应将知识的创造、积累、应用、增值、保护等纳入知识管理之中。
