Abstract

Abstract: The Exploratory Well Project Team of Drilling Department of Tianjin Branch of CNOOC Ltd. taps drilling resources sufficiently and optimizes resource distribution, achieving organic integration of drilling rig, human resources and information resources, forming an interdependent entirety, and maximizing benefits and efficiency, based on intensive management. It has made the best achievements without any environmental pollution accident, wellbore abandonment accident, serious downhole safety accident, and serious fatal accident throughout the year.

摘要： 中海石油(中国)有限公司天津分公司钻井部探井项目组充分挖掘钻井资源,并进行优化配置,利用集约化经营管理的模式,实现了钻机、人力、信息资源的有机整合,形成了相互关联的整体,实现了效益、效率的最大化,为公司创造了"四无",即"全年无环境污染事故、无井眼报废事故、无重大井下安全事故、无重大人员伤亡事故"的最佳业绩。
