Environmental Risk Assessment and Compliance Survey Research of Active Service Gas Pipelines and Stations

Abstract

Abstract: Oil and gas pipeline transportation is an economic and convenient way of transportation, but it is accident-prone and apt to trigger disaster. It may exert great effect on the environment when danger comes. This paper analyzes and assesses the environmental risk of the West-East Gas Pipeline, and puts forward some suggestions on environmental protection and management as well as risk prevention along the line and stations.

摘要： 油气管道输送是一种既经济又便捷的运输方式,但它易于出现事故,引发灾难。一旦出现意外,对环境因素的影响比较大。文章根据我国西气东输管道情况,对其环境风险进行了分析评价,并根据实际调研情况,对沿线及其场站的环境保护与治理、风险防范提出了若干意见。
