Noise-reducing Device of Gas Pipeline Stations

输气管道站场降噪装置

Abstract: BInvestigation is made on noise in the process areas of gas transmission pipeline stations, understanding range and distribution of noise that exceeds the related standards. The theories of fluid dynamics are used to analyze the internal flow field of noise source, thus acquiring the noise-generating mechanism. It is necessary to independently develop noise-reducing device for gas pipeline stations once the domestic and foreign noise-reducing technology is not suitable for handling noise of gas pipeline stations. A series of measures are adopted to improve the internal flow field characteristics of noise source, adding a baffle plate behind adjustment valve and installing a fairing behind the baffle plate, adjusting distribution of velocity flow field at adjustment valve, eliminating rushing waters, turbulence and shock wave of gas. As a result, noise of pressure-regulating valve, manifold and bent pipe is lowered, substantially solving the bottleneck that noise exceeds the related standard. This new-type noise-reducing device is structured with noise-eliminating segment, rectification segment and flange-connecting back-up plate. It is suitable for valve, manifold and pipe diameter. The device can be installed inside the pipe by means of flange, with a number of advantages, such as convenience in installation and dismantlement, cost-effectiveness and free from limitation of valve types. Field application indicates that noise is reduced to below the standard specified in the State regulation, helping keep employees of the pipeline stations in health.

摘要: 通过对输气管道分输站工艺区噪声的调研,掌握了噪声的超标范围和分布。利用流体动力学理论对噪声源内部流场进行分析,得到噪声产生的机理。在国内外相关降噪技术不适用于输气管道站场噪声治理的情况下,自主研发了输气管道站场降噪装置,通过改善噪声源内部流场特征的方式,在管道调压阀后增加挡板并在挡板后加装整流罩,调节调压阀处的速度流场分布,消除气体的湍流、涡流和激波,从而降低调压阀、汇管及弯管处的噪声,从根源上解决了噪声超标难题。该新型降噪装置的结构主要包括消声段、整流段和连接法兰垫片,适用于管道上的阀门、汇管和管道变径等气动噪声处,可通过法兰安装于管内,具有装卸方便、成本低、不受阀门型号限制等优点。通过现场应用,将噪声降到国家规定的噪声排放标准以下,保障了站场员工身心健康。
