Abstract: Integrated natural gas gathering unit is developed to solve a series of problems in surface construction of Changqing Oilfield, such as short construction time, difficulty in investment control and extensive areas under management. To develop the device, the process and operational management of digital gas gathering stations (GGS) at Sulige gas field is analyzed to integrate and optimize the functions of different process areas of a digital GGS. Then, a new three-way valve and a new knock-out drum are developed. Finally, various types of pipe, process equipment, pressure vessels, intelligent control systems and electrical equipment are integrated into a skid. The unit is used for emergency shutdown, gas flow line venting, gas-liquid separation, process switching, metering, pigging, fuel gas supply, flashing and automatic drainage. It is suitable for a non-acidic GGS with medium to low pressure and replaces a conventional non-pressurized GGS at the gas field. When applied, the unit can shorten the construction period of a GGS for more than 15 days and reduces land use by more than 30 percent as compared to a digital GGS. Meanwhile, the investment for a GGS can be lowered by more than 10 percent. The integrated unit also improves the level of skid equipment and is convenient for operation and maintenance.

摘要: 为解决长庆气田建设面临的有效建设时间短、投资控制难度大、管理区域广等问题,研发了天然气集气一体化集成装置。研发中首先是对苏里格气田数字化集气站的流程和运行管理进行分析,将数字化集气站的工艺区域的功能进行组合优化,其次是研发新的三通阀及压力容器,最后将各类管件、工艺设备、压力容器、仪表智能控制系统、电气设备等集成并组合成橇。装置主要功能为紧急截断、干管远程放空、气液分离、流程切换、外输计量、清管、自用气供给、闪蒸、自动排液,适用于中低压、非酸性集气站场,能够代替气田常规非增压集气站。应用后集气站施工周期缩短15d以上,征地面积较数字化集气站减少30%以上,规模化运用后站场投资将降低10%以上。集成设备提高装置成橇水平,定型设备提高安装质量,操作维修方便。
