Preliminary Investigation about R&D System of Oil and Gas Pipeline Companies

Abstract

Abstract: To guarantee the "safe, efficient, healthy, and environment-friendly" development of oil and gas pipeline transportation enterprises, and fulfill rapid application of technological achievements, this paper begins with the scientific research management system of oil and gas pipeline companies, analyzing the connotation of technological R&D systems, the sci-tech investment, the technology R&D management, the sub-systems of the application of sci-tech payoffs, and other factors that constitute the R&D system. It points out that in-depth study and discussion is needed to make the system more perfect.

摘要： 为确保油气管道运输企业"安全、高效、健康、环保"的发展,实现科技"生产驱动"、科技成果快速推广应用。从油气管道运输企业科研管理系统入手,通过对科技研发体系的内涵进行分析研究,以及对构成科技研发体系的科技资源投入、科技研发运作、科技成果转化各子系统进行解析,指出了为保证该体系更加完备需要深入研究和探讨的方向,对提高油气管道运输企业科技研发体系的建设具有一定的指导意义。
