Theory and Practice of Fine Management

Abstract

Abstract: Integrating the concept of fine management into daily research management of enterprises is of great significance to promote the institutionalization, standardization and high efficiency of enterprises' research management. This paper analyzes the connotation and denotation of fine management, proposes to establish the awareness of fine management in practical work, and suggests strengthening construction of fine management system.

摘要： 在企业日常的科研管理工作中融入精细化管理理念,对于促进企业科研管理的制度化、规范化和高效率具有十分重要的现实意义。本文分析了精细化管理的内涵与外延,提出了在实际工作中必须树立精细化管理意识,在制度层面上加强精细化管理制度建设的意见和建议。
