Abstract: High-grade dedicated material for pipe like PE100 is the high-end product of polyethylene. It has a fixed group of customers and is highly value-added and used extensively in pressure-bearing pipe and various industrial pipes. Based on the market demand as well as the need for upgrading high-density polyethylene devices, PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company successfully developed JHMGC100S in 2008 --- a new product for bimodal pipe. With the imported highly active catalyst adopted, it is excellent for corrosion-resistance, anti-cracking ability against environmental stress, welding molten and ability against rapid cracking growth, upgrading the quality of tubular product and filling China’s blank for bimodal pipe product. It was PE100-certified by the state in 2012. With a good anti-drape ability, this product is superior in processing of large-diameter pipe and has a promising prospect for market.

摘要： 高级管材专用料,如PE100,是聚乙烯中的高端产品,客户群稳定,产品附加值高,可广泛用于承压水管及各种工业用管。中国石油吉林石化公司2008年根据市场需要以及对高密度聚乙烯装置品牌升级的需要,成功开发出高相对分子质量双峰级管材料新产品JHMGC100S。采用进口高活性催化剂Z501生产,具有耐腐蚀、较高的抗环境应力开裂性能、熔融焊接性好和良好的耐快速裂纹增长能力,提高了管材产品档次,填补了我国生产双峰管材料产品的空白。2012年通过国家PE100级认证。该产品抗悬垂性良好,在大口径管材加工上极具优势,市场前景良好。
