Abstract: Natural gas filter is the essential equipment at the stations of gas transmission pipelines, which is used for filtration of transmitted medium. Its design and quality hold the key to work safety. It is composed of shell body, fast opening blind, filter assembly and sump. The assembly includes filtering element, filter holder, gland and baffle. The core part is filtering element. The assembly of natural gas filter, developed by Petrochemical Equipment Plant of CNPC Bohai Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co. Ltd., is distributed with a number of filtering elements. The assembly is well designed and deployed to ensure filtering efficiency. The efficiency for filtration of dust and drip surpasses 99 percent and 98 percent respectively. Filtering element is also easy to be replaced. The filter is designed and manufactured in strictly accordance with the related laws and regulations concerning pressure container, ensuring work safety and keeping the initial pressure drop of filter no more than 0.0035MPa. This result has been put into application at the stations of dozens of domestic gas pipelines. With all the functional targets meeting and outpacing the requirements of customers, this product shows a promising market prospect.

摘要： 天然气过滤器是输气管道站场必需的设备,用来过滤输送介质,其设计和制造质量对安全生产至关重要。主要由壳体、快开盲板、过滤组件、积液槽等内外部件组成,其中过滤组件包括滤芯、滤芯座、压盖、隔板等,核心部件是滤芯。中国石油集团渤海石油装备制造有限公司石化设备厂研发的天然气过滤器,组件中分布有多个滤芯,过滤组件设计和布置合理,保证了过滤效率,粉尘和液滴的过滤效率分别超过99%和98%,滤芯更换方便快捷。过滤器的设计制造严格按照压力容器的相关法规标准执行,确保安全,过滤器起始压降不大于0.0035MPa。该成果现已成功应用于国内数十条(个)输气管道站场,产品各项性能指标均达到或超过用户要求,市场前景良好。
