Abstract: To solve the problems of the traditional one-channel deformation inspecting tool, such as low resolution of inspection, poor dynamic functions and low efficiency of data analysis, the Pipelines Bureau launched a research project to systematically study and design equipment structure, probe mechanism, electronic package, transmitter system and data analysis software. It has successfully developed a series of high-resolution pipeline deformation inspecting tools. As the most effective tool to inspect long-distance oil and gas pipelines at the present time, the series of high-resolution deformation inspecting tools can detect and identify the pipe characteristics, such as bend, valve, weld seam, dent and ovality, when the pipelines are in operation. The tool can make mileage positioning and circumferential positioning, with good dynamic functions, high inspecting precision and sensitivity, and strong portability. As compared to the old equipment, high-resolution deformation inspecting tool can make circumferential positioning of deformation and improve quantification of deformation sizes. The sensitivity of probe can reach 0.5mm. Currently, many sets of the series have been used to detect deformation for long-distance oil and gas pipelines. With a promising market prospect for application, these high-resolution deformation inspection tools provide technological support for the safety of China’s long-distance oil and gas pipelines.

摘要: 为了解决传统单通道变形检测器检测精度低、动态性能差、数据分析效率低等问题,管道局进行科研课题立项,对设备结构、探头机构、电子包、发射机系统、数据分析软件等进行系统研究设计,成功研制了系列化高精度管道变形检测器。作为目前在役长输油气管道进行检测的最有效工具,高精度系列变形检测器可在管道运行过程中分辨并确定弯头、阀门、焊缝、凹陷、椭圆度等管道特征,进行里程定位和周向位置定位,具有动态性能好、检测精度和灵敏度高、可移植强等优势。相比老设备,高精度变形检测器实现了变形缺陷的周向位置定位,变形大小的量化也得到了提高,探头灵敏度达0.5mm。目前,系列化变形检测器已经有多套设备进行了长输油气管道的现场变形检测工程,市场应用前景良好,为我国长输油气管道的安全运行提供了技术保障。
