Abstract: Unproduced reserve refers to the proven reserve that is not put into development owing to various reasons. Analysis of unproduced reserve and clarification of its characteristics can help identify the development potential of such reserve, understand the existing material basis and predict the natural gas development trend in the near future. Sinopec’s unproduced reserves are distributed mainly in Sichuan Basin, Ordos Basin and East China Sea Basin. Most of the gas reservoirs are low-permeability reservoirs, carbonate rock gas reservoirs and condensate gas reservoirs. Of the unproduced reserves, the confirmed reserve, to-be-confirmed reserve and to-be-canceled reserve account for 37.0 percent, 46.2 percent and 16.8 percent respectively. This paper makes analysis of the main causes for to-be confirmed reserve and to-be-canceled reserves, pointing out that the “confirmed reserve” is the main target for Sinopec’s natural gas development in the near and medium terms. The productivity is predicted to be about 70×108 cubic meters and the newly additional economically recoverable reserve is predicted to be about 440×108 cubic meters, providing the data for formulation of the annual development plan.

摘要： 未动用储量泛指探明后由于各种原因暂时未投入开发的储量。分析未动用储量状况,摸清其特点,可以厘清这部分储量的开发潜力,对于了解已有的物质基础、把握今后一段时期内天然气发展趋势有着重要意义。中国石化未动用储量主要分布在四川、鄂尔多斯、东海等盆地,气藏类型以低渗气藏、碳酸盐岩气藏和凝析气藏为主。未动用储量中,落实储量、待落实储量和待核销储量分别占37.0%、46.2%和16.8%,具体分析了待落实储量和待核销储量的主要原因,指出中国石化近中期天然气开发的主要对象是"落实储量",预计建产潜力约70×108m3,预计新增经济可采储量潜力约440×108m3,为编制年度开发部署和开发规划提供了依据。
