Abstract: Petrobras is an international leader in deepwater, ultra-deepwater and pre-salt oil and gas exploration and development technologies thanks to its long-term offshore oil and gas business operation. To meet the stern challenges from deepwater and pre-salt oil and gas exploration and development, the company has formulated and implemented a series of strategic technological development plans and committed itself to extensive cooperation and policies for technological creation to ensure technological breakthroughs and reduce the risks for research and development. All the projects have specific development roadmaps in the highlight of the time nodes, R&D interfaces and intermediate result management. The company is not only the organizer of the R&D projects but also the participant and creator of the projects. In addition, more and more R&D cooperative projects are required to be executed in Brazil in an attempt to localize technology and equipment, thus promoting engineering technological development in the country. Those experiences are worthy to be borrowed by Chinese enterprises in their international cooperation.

摘要： 巴西石油公司长期从事海上油气勘探开发,目前深水、超深水及盐下油气勘探开发技术居国际先进地位。为应对深水和盐下油气勘探开发的严峻挑战,公司制定实施了一系列战略性的技术研发计划,并采取广泛合作、开放创新的研发策略以确保技术获取、降低研发风险。所有项目都有具体的研发路线图,并突出时间节点、研发界面和中间成果的管理。公司不仅是项目的组织者,也是技术研发的参与者和创造者,而且要求越来越多的合作研发工作在巴西进行,以实现技术及装备的最大本土化率,进而推动巴西工程技术领域的共同进步。这些经验值得国内企业在国际合作过程中学习借鉴。
